Snow what? (30th post!)

Skylar throwing it up for the camera

Josiah boosting off a rock (Isaac's lil bro)

Emile throwin a rodeo 540 at Curtis High School

Tim shredding McMurray Street

Bryce locking in another back board

Isaac at Stadium High School

Tony's front 180 also at Stadium

For the past few days we have been taking advantage of the ridiculous amount of snow that has been brought to us here in the great Northwest. Although we have been apart for most of the break (not sharing a bunk bed), we managed to meet up for some snow fun with Tim and Bryce. Other shredders such as Emile, Josiah, and Skylar have also been ripping up the streets with us. We look forward to seeing how long this snow will last. Until next time, be safe out there and have some fun!

Rain Rain Go Away

We tried to go film this morning because it was looking like it was going to be dry. Guess that 10% chance of rain won.

Hit up the Ocean this weekend, Isaac, Richard, Bryce, but no Tony :( . It was cold, a bit rainy, and windy but a blast (literally after getting sling shotted by our bungee).

Say What?

Say what? Looks like our blog is getting some recognition from inlandskimboarding.com so we thought we might mention them as well. From what I know, this site is promoting the sport that we all love, inland (flatland) skimboarding. So check it out!

Tie-Dye

We had a tie-dye partay at the Walrus last Saturday and the results were colorful. Tie-dye just makes us so happy!

Emile comes to Bellingham

So this weekend our good friend Emile (DB skimmer) came up to Bellingham and we were fortunate enough to get to hang out with him. We skated, played poker, hugged, and tried to skim as you can see in the pictures. We guess it's just that time of the year (winter), when the tides are bad and so are our urges to skim. But good to see you again Emile!

Past 2 Skims

Looking out from the driver's window (not pretty)
river on the way out (not bad)
river on the way back (ok that's a little cold)

So if you haven't caught on yet, we always update the blog after we go skimboarding. Well, here are some pictures from the last 2 times we went skimboarding this past week. We know, it's really cold (trust me...we know).

20th Post! (secret movie premier)

An hour ago we hosted the first of many (who knows?) secret movie premiers on WWU's campus. That's It, That's All...ha

LG Action Sports Championships

On Saturday, 5/8 of the DB team (or just a bunch of friends) headed to Seattle for the LG Action Sports Championships. We saw Bucky, Andy-Mac, and this crazy bmx rider Daniel Dahrs. It was a good time getting to see and hang out with the gang.

A Walrus Halloween

So last Friday the whole Walrus family got together to par-take in some Halloween festivities. We enjoyed each others' company, danced the night away, and yes we left the footy pajamas on all night long...too hot (not a great idea for a dance partay fyi)

Urban Skim

We adventured downtown today in search of an urban skim spot. After a bit of a hike and hopping over some gnarly fences we found this sweet but not so sweet pool. Anyways, we managed not to fall (except one time) and shot some pics, so enjoy.

Finally...ehh..err...etc...

Skated the abandoned car dealership lot.
Had a record amount of friends over for The Office.
Tony joins the Best Buy family.
Isaac kicked it in Tacoma for the weekend.

Seth (one of the bros)

Finally, here is a brand new and huge post for all you viewers. To clear some things up, Isaac's computer caught a mad virus this past week and that is why there have been no posts on the blog. But anyways, here's a recap of the past weeks events.

1. Tony and Isaac skated the abandoned car dealership lot, which has a sweet stair set (big 3) and some nice pavement. We brought over a flat rail, seshed it for an hour, and got all sorts of crazy on it (back board, 50-50, you know).

2. We had a record amount of friends over at our house to watch The Office. Around 20 folks or so.

3. Tony started work at Best Buy and he loves it (as much as you can love a job...sigh)

4. Isaac was in Tacoma for the weekend and got to skate some spots with Seth, Sam, B-Smith, and Aaron. Plus, Seth now has ridiculously long hair and if Isaac puts on a wig they look alike.

5. And as you know Isaac's computer has a virus and he is really mad and wants to break it.

Besides all that, we have to give a shout out to our homies in SEA-town because they share a bathroom and all sorts of crazy adventures. Check it out- richardandbryceshareabathroom.blogspot.com
